A Bit About me
When I was younger, I loved connecting with people. I spent my time growing organizations and helping people build meaningful relationships. I didn't know it then, but what I was doing was what I was born for. I didn't know exactly what I was doing, but I wanted to help people. That's why I obtained my degrees from Georgia Southern University (BS, Psychology), and Auburn University (MS, Rehabilitation Counseling). It wasn't until after I landed on Netflix's Love is Blind that I took the risk to give up what I thought I was supposed to be doing and stepped into what I knew I should be doing – marketing.
Now I'm the Chief Marketing Officer of N-OVATE Solutions, using my strategic vision and innovative approach to help transform some of your favorite companies' marketing campaigns, taking them to new heights of success. I'm also the Marketing Director for RenderATL – a startup software engineering experience where tech meets culture, inclusion, and accessibility via a conference of 3000+ attendees worldwide. Additionally, I serve as the Social Media Marketing Director for Andre Dickens, Mayor of Atlanta.
I entered the marketing world to explore my passion for people, creating and building better businesses. I'm successful in doing that, but it didn't happen overnight, and it still isn't easy. That being said, I'm glad I can be my authentic self in all my different spaces while continuing to grow into the marketing maven I aim to be.
When I'm not actively practicing my marketing skills, I'm all about community. I'm the Founder of The Network. of Atlanta, which hosts free and low-cost social, service, educational, and fitness events for people in Atlanta. I'm also a volunteer with United Way, contributing to their Young Professionals Leaders program, and I graduated from their Volunteer Involvement Program and Victory World Church volunteer. Additionally, I'm a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. The goal? Make an impact by uplifting & empowering people and exploring new cultures along the way.

Since beginning my career with NextUp, I've overseen various marketing campaigns for multi-million dollar projects, was appointed to the Women of Color Advisory Board, launched and hosted an Instagram Live series, and produced a podcast, r|Evolution, housing dynamic conversations on breaking through as a leader and building workplaces that work better for women, while energizing them to lead the charge for powerful change.
In the midst of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, I established BH Branding, a budget-friendly branding agency focusing on helping newly established entrepreneurs and brick and mortar business owners who were pivoting to digital sales with an emphasis on minority and women-owned businesses. During the 2020 pandemic I, along with my team, launched more than 70 digital brands and since then, I have become a consultant for more well-known brands such as IBM, Lockheed Martin, and Aramark.
Since its founding, Millennials of Atlanta has established a network of more than 150 volunteers, 3000 members, and 17,000 subscribers. While Millennials of Atlanta specifically gives back to locally owned and operated businesses, MOA has partnered with brands such as Reebok, Ryan Cameron Foundation, Microsoft, Marriott, Truth Initiative, and more.
